This program allows for new talent to gain hands-on training from the best in the industry while logging the hours needed to obtain a hair design license.

The traditional path to becoming a stylist often means:

Double shifts: Working nights and weekends just to make ends meet.

Debt burden: Cosmetology school can cost over $20K, leaving you with student loans before you even begin.

Slow climb: Building a clientele takes time, making it hard to achieve financial stability.
We offer a better way
Step 1
Contact us so we can get know you better! We will schedule a tour for you to see the Salons and walk you through the application process.
Step 2
After you've seen the salons, you'll begin working and learning in the salons. We will find the perfect Master Stylist to pair you with!
Step 3
While you're assisting and learning from your Master Stylist throughout the week, you'll also attend Monday classes. These classes are taught by our Educators and Redken Artists.
Step 4
The apprentice program takes around 18 months. When you are nearing the finish, you'll take State Board and upon passing- become a Master Cosmetologist on the floor!
